Chocolate Coco Loco

If you’re looking for a drink that will practically transport you to the beach, look no further!
The first drink I ordered when we were in Punta Cana in December was a Coco Loco, and I’ve been craving one ever since. This one’s got a hint of chocolate and it absolutely hits.
INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz white rum
1 oz chocolate coconut liqueur
1 oz cream of coconut
2 oz coconut water
1/2 oz lime juice
METHOD:
Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker. Add ice, and shake until chilled.
Strain into glass (or coconut!) filled with ice.
Garnish with a mini umbrella, and enjoy!
TIP: some recipes call for equal parts rum, tequila and vodka. If you want to go that route, I’d do 1/2 oz of each!
