Cherry Negroni

Cherry season is in full swing, and I’m excited to share this Cherry Negroni with you guys. I think it’s another great cocktail for people who find Campari to be too bitter.
The magic ingredient here is the Cherry Infused-Campari. The sweetness from the cherries pairs so perfectly with the bitterness of the Campari. You’re going to love it!
INGREDIENTS:
1 oz gin
1 oz sweet vermouth
1 oz cherry-infused Campari
METHOD:
Add a large ice cube to a mixing glass. Pour each ingredient over the ice, then stir until chilled
Strain into negroni glass over large ice cube. Garnish with a cherry, and enjoy!
Cherry-Infused Campari:
To a cocktail shaker, add 1 cup cherries, pitted, and 1 cup Campari. Lightly muddle.
Transfer to an airtight container and place in refrigerator. Sit for 24 hours, then strain when ready to use.
